ZD421t (ZD4A042-30EM00EZ) - printer suitable for printing thermal and thermal transfer self-adhesive (more) labels. The maximum width of the media is 108 mm, with the maximum print on the width of 104 mm. As standard, it has a built-in movable label sensor. Printing takes place at speeds up to 152 mm / s, printing resolution 203 dpi. The printer is equipped with a USB port. The basic version of the printer does not include a dispenser and a cutter.

The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the HRP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass.

THB sensor THB sensor is a device measuring ambient conditions, it cooperates with: a computer (1 se (more)nsor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a weighing device (1 sensor via USB 2.0 port); direct cooperation, a THBR Box (up to 4 sensors connected to THBR Box via USB 2.0 port). The THB sensor is designed to measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, air density and vibrations level. Sensor registers level of permissible vibrations at the workstation, wherein the values of vibrations level are displayed within 0 - 100% range versus reference values in laboratory conditions. Values exceeding 100% threshold inform about potential occurrence of error greater than permissible error of mass measurement performed using weighing device. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. Ambient conditions can be monitored using: weighing instrument display website Windows OS application: THB Single or THB Multi Android application. On the basis of sent measurements, the THB Single or THB Multi software determines air temperature, humidity, pressure, density and permissible vibrations factor.

INTENDED USE THB-R PC software is designed to monitor and register indoor ambient conditions, wherei (more)n the said monitoring is based on data collected by measuring devices of Radwag production. Two THB software versions are offered: THB-R-Single – intended for integration with THB-3/2 ambient conditions module, THB-R-Multi – intended for integration with THB-R ambient conditions recorder. Overview THB-R PC software is responsible for establishing communication with measuring devices. It operates as a user interface intended for collected data presentation, archiving, reporting and for carrying out measuring devices setup. The software carries out constant readout of air temperature, relative air humidity, atmospheric pressure and vibrations. Additionally it calculates air density. Current metrological parameters values are demonstrated in a form of a time diagram, wherein the last 5 minutes are presented. The measurements may also be archived in a local database, MS Access format. The record takes place in a specified time interval. Database files are formed using one of four user-defined methods: daily, weekly, monthly, combination of all. THB-R-Multi version of the PC software enables record of measurements collected by THB-R Ambient Conditions Recorder. The stored data may be previewed and printed in a form of reports and diagrams. THB-R installation package comprises THB-Network Viewer allowing local network users to preview current indications of measuring units. Cooperation with measuring devices The software cooperates with measuring devices such as ambient conditions modules of RADWAG production. The modules are intended for operation with THB-R-Single or THB-R-Multi software version. Depending on the used device, communication between the software and the device may be established via RS 232 or USB interface. THB W sensor is intended to measure temperature of liquid. THB W Temperature readout using THB W sen (more)sor is possible upon connecting the sensor directly to a computer or to the THBR Box ambient conditions recorder. THB W can be used e.g. on pipettes calibration workstation, to measure water temperature in gravimetric method, which is done in order to determine 'Z' coefficient in accordance with ISO 8655. THBR BOX is an autonomous measuring device operating in a local computer network. THBR Box enables c (more)ollecting ambient conditions measurements, storing the database, sending customized warnings and alerts and generating website for accessing measurements and settings. THBR Box There are three models of the recorder: with an integral screen, with a separate screen, without a screen. Communication with THBR BOX can be established wireless or via Ethernet. The module enables direct connection with up to 4 sensors. With use of USB hub it is possible to connect greater number of sensors. Each sensor has its own identification number that is assigned to measurements saved to the database. THBR Box features the following connectors: 4xUSB, HDMI, Ethernet. The device is powered using external micro USB 5V 2A power supply. Data stored by the THBR Box can be presented via THBR Multi software, website or Android application.

The case has been designed for safe transportation of the 5Y.PM scales. It is equipped with two hand (more)les for convenient carrying so that the device can be transported by two people at the same time (recommended). The interior of the case has been adapted to fit all device components, with this it can be carried without the risk of damage. The case is made of 6 mm thick plywood. It features reinforced corners, aluminium trim, and hard dark foam filling. The case comes as an accessory.

The 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Module is a solution especially useful for those users who are obliged (more) to conform to provisions of 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Part 4, Annex 11 regulations. These two documents determine the rules for using electronic records and signatures. Data protection is guaranteed by: advanced password settings, control of logging correctness, various permission levels, data management access, backup, electronic signature, time-defined automatic logout, modification record to Audit Trail file. The module includes "Audit Trail". Audit Trail is a kind of a log where all modifications of balance settings, changes in database records and user activity are recorded. Audit Trail, for example, keeps record of previous and new modifications in databases and informs by whom and when they were introduced. This log allows the administrator to track and find out who logged in, when, who signed a document or who used invalid password. The Audit Trail Reader freeware allows users, upon connection with a balance, to display Audit Trail log and manage it by generating reports of various formats: pdf, xls, csv, html.
