- Noise: ±10 µAU peak-to-peak at 254 nm (2-second rise time, flowing deionized water)
- Drift: <100 µAU/hour after warm-up
- Filter rise times: 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, and 10.0 seconds (discrete settings)
- Analog output range: from 0.001 to 3.0 AU (discrete settings)
The Dionex GS50 Gradient Pump is a microprocessor-controlled eluent delivery system featuring:
- Variable-speed serial-piston pump design ensuring pulse-free pumping
- Capable of delivering mixtures of up to four mobile phase components with precise flow control
- Flow accuracy: <1% of set value or ±2 µL/min, whichever is greater
- Flow precision: <0.2%
- Compositional accuracy: <±1%
- Maximum operating pressure: 35 MPa (5000 psi)
- Low delay volume: <400 µL
- Standard delay volume: <800 µL
- Supports isocratic, isocratic proportioned, linear ramp, step, curved, or combined mobile phase delivery profiles
- Equipped with DSP (Digital Signal Processor) for high-speed, accurate flow control
