RMCS system is a proprietary RADWAG software intended for support of calibration and testing procedu (more)res in a laboratory, from the moment of accepting an order, through its progress to calibration certificate issuing. The software manages the complete calibration and testing process. Mass comparators and software for network management of calibration process provide improved efficiency, reliable measurement results and complete calibration process documentation, plus lower labour costs. The system enables to initiate the calibration procedure by means of a task order sent to a mass comparator, and autonomously by the mass comparator itself. In both cases, the data is transferred to the software for the purpose of registering, controlling and finally issuing a calibration certificate. Mass comparators linked in the RMCS system autonomously communicate with THB modules recording ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure) throughout the whole control process. The modules are detachable from the mass comparators, this makes calibration of their sensors easy. Data on current ambient conditions is displayed in real time on mass comparator’s display. The data is also sent do RMCS software for control and archiving purposes. The registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 7 databases: Users (up to 10 users), Products (up to 5 000 products), Weighments (up to 50 000 weighments), Packaging (up to 100 packaging types), Formulas (up to 100 formulas), Clients (up to 1000 clients), ALIBI memory (up to 512 000 weighments). The X7 series features option of making reports on formulas (up to 500 reports). Weighing Data Management USB interface facilitates quick transfer and copying of any results of your work (measurements, reports, databases) to other balances. Network management of the weighing data increases effectivity, productivity and safety of the important data to the maximum. ALIBI Memory The X7 series balances feature ALIBI memory that is a warranty for safety and automatic recording of your measurements. Options such as data preview, copying and archiving are available to users as well. The ALIBI memory allows to record up to 500 000 weighment records. Under-pan weighing Weighing instruments purchased after 15th February 2023 will allow under-pan weighing at any time after the purchase. All you need to do is just to order a dedicated hook. Self-centering weighing pan of a floating nature is intended for APP KO comparator. It is used inter (more)changeably with a standard weighing pan. The “floating” weighing pan is installed in course of a manufacturing process therefore remember to order it when purchasing the APP KO comparator as it is not sold separately. The pan has been designed to aid the operator stabilize and level weights that are located eccentrically. Additionally it helps to place eccentrically group of weights, total mass of which equals reference weight mass. The pan surface is covered with cork featuring marks that determine position of particular weights.
