CyFlow Cube 6 Flow Cytometer

The Sysmex Partec CyFlow Cube 6 is a fully self-contained, ultra-compact flow cytometer designed for versatile applications in cell analysis and absolute counting. It boasts up to six optical parameters, providing precise flow cytometry through an optical system that includes a blue and a red laser (optional) alongside 4 fluorescence channels (FL1-FL4), as well as Forward Scatter (FSC) and Side Scatter (SCC). The CyFlow Cube 6 integrates seamlessly with a PC and CyView software, enhancing real-time data acquisition and analysis. Additionally, the CyFlow Robby auto-sampler can be added for automated well plate and tube handling. The model CY-S-3060R_V2 is configured with one 488 nm laser and accommodates 5 optical parameters. Other configurations are available. Key features include interchangeable optical filters, a quartz flow system for laminar sample transport, a computer-controlled syringe pump with adjustable flow rates (0-20 μl/sec), and data storage in Standard FCS format.
