It is managed by a magnetic electric motor which transmits the rotation to a PTFE-coated stirrer in the tank. The agitator draws the water towards the center and then distributes it to the rest of the tank. The water circulation is activated via the main switch. Recommended accessories - Water level regulator. The water regulator located on the back of the bain-marie is used to maintain costant the set water level during water loss due to evaporation. Furthermore, it allows use at temperatures below ambient temperatures, with a minimum of approx. 3°C above tap water temperature.
