Wall-mounting kit has been designed to facilitate installation of PUE 7.1 and PUE C32 terminals on a (more) vertical surface. The kit can be mounted in two positions. Intended use: Easy installation of PUE 7.1 terminal on a vertical surface; Easy installation of PUE C32 terminal on a vertical surface; Mounting the PUE 7.1 terminal to a wall at the angle of 80°; Mounting the PUE C32 terminal to a wall at the angle of 80°; Mounting the PUE 7.1 terminal to a wall at the angle of 55°; Mounting the PUE C32 terminal to a wall at the angle of 55°. Design: The PUE-7-32 wall-mounting kit is manufactured of 1 mm steel, which provides sufficient rigidity. The kit is offered in powder coated mild steel version in colour corresponding to the colour of PUE 7.1 / PUE C32 housing. Multiple technological holes, make it possible to mount the kit in 8 points (4 mounting points for the PUE 7.1 / PUE C32 terminal and 4 mounting points for fixing to a vertical surface).

The protocol consists of commands sent from the external device to the balance and responses sent from the balance to the device. Responses are sent from the balance each time a command is received as a response to the command. The commands that make up the communication protocol allow you to obtain information about the status of the balance and ways to influence its operation, for example, they allow you to receive weighing results from the balance, control the display, etc.

Profinet – an open communication system based on the industrial Ethernet standard. It is a cer (more)tain combination of features of PROFIBUS DB standard and industrial Ethernet. The Profinet interface application ensures compatibility of RADWAG weighing systems with industrial automation elements of other manufacturers. This approach results in easier and faster scales integration with PLCs, HMI operator panels or industrial robots. Profinet is featured in the IM01.EX-5 communication module and MW-01-A5 weighing module, and as an option at an extra charge in PUE HX7 and PUE HY10 terminals, and in HRP platforms (and is not included in HRP.EX platforms).

Profibus – a real-time industrial network standard. It is based on the physical layer of the s (more)erial interface known as RS485. Communication takes place on a master/ slave basis and in this correlation the scale acts as a slave device. The use of the Profibus interface allows RADWAG scales to integrate with older generation automation systems using the Profibus network, which is still widely used in industry. Profibus is featured in the IM01.EX-4 communication module as well as in MW-01-A4 and MW-04-3 weighing modules, and as an option at an extra charge in PUE HX7 and PUE HY10 terminals.

IN/OUT module – semiconductor digital inputs/outputs which can take two binary states: “ (more)0” (inactive) or “1” (active). The input ativation performs the assigned function of the scale, for example, zeroing, tare or process start. The output activation informs about the execution of the assigned function, for example, a certain weight threshold exceeding, scale stability or the process continuation. The IN/OUT module comes for an extra charge in PUE H315 (4 IN/ 4 OUT).

EtherNet/IP - (Ethernet Industrial Protocol), an industrial communication protocol using Ethernet. E (more)therNet/IP is based on CIP (Common Industrial Protocol) and is widely used in industrial automation. The use of the EtherNet/IP interface ensures compatibility of Radwag weighing systems with other manufacturers' industrial automation components. This approach results in easier and faster integration of scales with PLCs, HMI operator panels or industrial robots.

The analog output module converts the scale output signal (mass) into an analog signal. The mass val (more)ue is most often represented in the form of a 4-20 mA current signal. Due to the low resolution of the module (several thousand), such a signal is used in automation for processes that do not require high precision. Analog output module is available in: IM01.EX-2 communication module and MW01-A7 weighing module, and for an extra charge in PUE H315 terminals.

Powerbank ZR-04 meets airline standards, which means that it can be carried on board an airplane as hand luggage. The device can simultaneously power the balance/ scale and charge the internal battery. The average power time of the balance/ scale is, depending on the product series, from 8 to as much as 24 hours.

ZD421t (ZD4A042-30EM00EZ) - printer suitable for printing thermal and thermal transfer self-adhesive (more) labels. The maximum width of the media is 108 mm, with the maximum print on the width of 104 mm. As standard, it has a built-in movable label sensor. Printing takes place at speeds up to 152 mm / s, printing resolution 203 dpi. The printer is equipped with a USB port. The basic version of the printer does not include a dispenser and a cutter.

RFID is a proximity (contactless) tag with a microprocessor (chip) and an antenna. It does not emit  (more)a signal by iitself - it uses radio waves of a specific frequency for identification (passive tag).
