Product Description
The Hydrolab Spring water purification system processes potable tap water to generate Type I, II, or III purified water suitable for AAS, ICP, HPLC, and biochemical applications.
- Feed Water: Potable tap water at standard tap pressure (no compressor needed)
- Output Capacity: Available in sizes producing 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 L/hour
- Water Quality:
- Types supported: Type III and Type II as standard
- Optional upgrade for Type I water with UV lamp and microfiltration
- Conductivity < 0.06 μS/cm (due to double demineralization with mixed ion resin)
- Purification Technologies:
- Sediment filtration with 5 μm filter module
- Prefiltration and water softening prior to reverse osmosis (RO)
- RO removes 96–99% of dissolved substances
- Double demineralization via ion exchange resin
- Microfiltration cascade capsule with membrane pump (S and UV models only)
- UV lamp for sterilization (UV model only)
- Hardware and Controls:
- Full-color touchscreen controller displays inlet/outlet temperature and conductivity, system status, dosing, tank fill level, date/time, and service schedule
- Audio-visual alarms for module replacement: A2 softening, ion exchange, RO, and UV lamp (where applicable)
- Pump to increase feed water pressure: 24 V for 5 and 10 L models, 48 V for 20 to 60 L models
- Installation: Can be connected to a water storage tank or directly to autoclaves, climatic chambers, etc.
- Warranty: 24 months manufacturer warranty
- Consumables: Includes 12 months supply of consumables
