Stainless Steel HRP EX.H Platforms have a built-in internal adjustment system. Automatic internal adjustment guarantees the best quality of work and repeatability of results. You save time and avoid the inconvenience of manual adjustment.

Hazardous areas are their natural environment

Stainless Steel HRP EX.H Platforms have been developed in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU and the IECEx scheme and, depending on their design, can operate in environments containing explosive gases or dust, classified as zones: 2 and 22. We have equipped them with an intrinsically safe RS 485 communication interface, which allows the platform to work with the PUE HX5.EX weighing meter.

To power the platforms, we have dedicated intrinsically safe PM02.EX-1-2 or PM02.EX-2-2 power supplies.

Use the potential

Stainless Steel HRP EX.H Platforms work with the PUE HX5.EX weighing terminal and are compatible with RADWAG receipt printers. In addition, you will match them with appropriate antivibration tables from our offer, and thus increase the readability of your measurements. The use of stainless steel for the construction of the pan guarantees you a long life of the platform. Fearless of its contact with moist objects or accidental splashing.

PUE 5 series, simi (more)larly to the basic model, are enclosed in a stainless steel housing which allows for reaching the highest IP rating, i.e. IP 67. The terminals come standard with interfaces: 2 × RS232, 1 × RS485, 1 x Ethernet, 4 x USB 2.0. PUE 5 series can be extended by additional 3 weighing modules for simultaneous operation of maximum 4 weighing platforms. Intended Use: The terminal PUE 5 series is a multifunctional weighing device. It combines the best features of a PC computer and a scale. The PUE 5 operates on basis of OS Windows, creating the best option for configuring the device to individual customer requirements through installing corresponding application. If applied with dosing or formula making systems, the PUE 5 allows for operation with multiple weighing platforms, and simultaneous dosing with full process control. A dosing or formula making system that is configured on basis of the terminal PUE 5 series does not require an additional PC computer.
