We were assured it was in good working order.  The Flange/Working Section External Dimension 56cm X 56cm Included is a basic working section with two access panels. Approximate size of working section 56cm x 56cm X 100cm. The Fan type is a K. Blackman 28 series. The fan uses 7.5 kw Electric Motor with an inverter control.
