- Constructed from electrogalvanised sheet steel (1–1.5 mm thick), cold-formed, gray finish
- Exterior coated with acid-resistant epoxy resin, heat tunnel resistance at 200°C
- Insulated with high-density rock wool and calcium sulphate panels
- Automatic door closure at 50°C ambient temperature
- 30 mm heat-expanding insulation gaskets for enhanced seal
- Certified fire grilles close air ducts at 70°C for fire containment
- Anti-spark brass hinges and non-sparking aluminum pegs for shelf fastening
- Panels made from High Pressure Laminate (HPL) resistant to chemical vapors
- Designed for easy replacement of spare parts
- Ventilation provision includes 100 mm flange for external connection or filtered system
- Earthing system included for static discharge prevention
- Adjustable feet allow leveling on uneven surfaces
- Secured with key lock
- Shelves available in plastic-coated steel or stainless steel, height adjustable
- Optional drawer model in plastic-coated steel available
- Pictogram signage compliant with ISO 3864 standards
- Certified 90-minute fire resistance according to EN14470-1 BV (2023 version)
- Certified to EN16121 BV standards for safety cabinets
