- Tilting mechanism: Lamp housing tilts around a horizontal axis on a short arm for directional lighting control.
- Lighting modes:
- Transmitted lighting: Using trans-illuminator base, centering mirror, clear stage glass or Stage Plate 28/45.
- Shadowless incident lighting: Employing trans-illuminator base, Lieberkühn reflector, and shade stage plate.
- Coaxial incident illumination: Achieved via a mirror housing.
- Power supply: Requires a Zeiss LPS-7.5 variable transformer (included), featuring:
- On/Off switch
- Intensity adjustment knob
- Two dual-prong (4mm diameter) outlets
- Electrical output: 2.5–7.5 V, total 30 VA
- Connectivity: Lamp housing cable terminates in two 4mm banana plugs compatible with the transformer sockets.
