The Interface Box IF 2 enables the recording or control of instruments that are not supported by the (more) KNAUER software over four channels. It can be used for detector recording over the analog inputs, it can control the flow rate for HPLC pumps over the analog outputs, or it can switch valves over the digital outputs. However, the respective instrument must support this option. Please refer to the respective instrument manual regarding this option. The Interface Box IF 2 does not have a stand-alone function; therefore, control software (KNAUER ChromGate as of version 3.1 or KNAUER EuroChrom 2000 for Windows as of version 3.05) is mandatory.
