This rotor can operate at a maximum speed of 5,650 rpm and supports a capacity for either two large microplates or ten standard microplates. With a diameter of 33 cm, it facilitates efficient sample processing.
Key specifications include a maximum permitted load of 2 x 523 grams, a maximum speed of 5,250 rpm, and a maximum relative centrifugal force (RCF) to nmax of 5,083. The rotor features a maximum radius of 16.5 cm, along with acceleration and deceleration times of 110 seconds and 55 seconds, respectively. The heating of samples at maximum speed is regulated, maintaining a room temperature environment of 23°C. The recommended operational time is one hour at 13°C. The spray-fit feature enhances safety during operations.
