Instrument Safety System:
This oven incorporates an independent electronic safety system, functioning irrespective of the main thermoregulator. If the operational temperature surpasses the set point by a user-defined margin, an LED indicator will illuminate, and the oven will maintain a safety temperature, continuing its operation independently.
