The anti-draft chamber is an optional accessory intended for XA 4Y and XA 5Y balances working in unf (more)avourable conditions (air-drafts). It is mounted on a table, inside the balance is placed. The chamber features sliding side panes allowing free access to the weighing chamber of the balance. CAUTION: The anti-draft chamber is to be used in a set with a granite anti-vibration table exclusively. It cannot be used with the anti-vibration table intended for laboratory balances.

Character communication protocol is designed for communication between RADWAG balance and external d (more)evice via RS232, Ethernet or Wi-Fi* interfaces. The protocol consists of commands sent from the external device to the balance and responses sent from the balance to the device. Responses are sent from the balance each time a command is received as a response to the command. The commands that make up the communication protocol allow you to obtain information about the status of the balance and ways to influence its operation, for example, they allow you to receive weighing results from the balance, control the display, etc.

The automatic feeder is dedicated for automatic dispensing of small objects onto the weighing pan of (more) RADWAG-manufactured balance to which it is connected. The feeder ensures regular feeding of the elements in accordance with determined time intervals. Operation and Compatibility The PA-04/H feeder cooperates with XA 4Y and AS 3Y analytical balances and PS 3Y precision balances. Both the feeder and the balance are automated devices. The balance carries out analysis of dosed elements and sends signal to the feeder to dispense subsequent element. The feeder features diodes, signalling its operation, and keypad allowing to control the process. Automatic feeder is equipped with function of automatic emptying of the storage bin. Vibrating Feeder Cylindrical vibrating feeder with storage bin enables safe and precise dosing of elements. The storage bin has a conical and stepped shape and is continuously welded. The stainless steel surface of adequate roughness reduces elements grating during dosing process. The UMA 2.5Y.FC automatic weighing system has been designed to test mass changes of filters made of  (more)quartz glass fibre, glass fibre, teflon and teflon covered with glass fibre. Mass measurement is carried out with readability of 1 μg or 0.1 μg. The weighing system enables conditioning filters in accordance with PN-EN 14907 and PN-EN 12341 standards. Effective and Excellent Measurement The UMA 2.5Y.FC automatic weighing system is a first-class solution for professional mass measurement. Dynamic control and correction of mass indications both ensure fast and stable weighing regardless of the weighed filter type. The UMA weighing systems, due to the elimination of the human factor, temperature changes and air drafts, guarantee excellent measurement repeatability. Effective Weighing Analysis Full automation of the weighing cycle, thanks to the elimination of the ‚human factor’, is a guarantee of measurement repeatability impossible to be obtained in case of manual weighing. Climate Chamber The integrated climatic chamber guarantees constant ambient conditions in the chamber, ensuring proper filter conditioning in accordance with the PN-EN 12341:2014 standard: stability of operating temperature: ± 1oC, stability of relative humidity: ± 2.5%, the operating humidity in the climate chamber during the process: 30–60%, the room temperature during operation must remain within the range of 19-25°C, and the relative humidity should oscillate between 40–60%.
