RADWAG mass comparators have been recognized by calibration laboratories in many countries. The HRP 5Y.KO mass comparators consist of two elements: a professional weighing platform (modern design of an electromagnetic mechanism in a hermetic steel casing) and 5Y terminal. The weighing platform is made of steel and features marks facilitating centric loading of mass standards. The comparator can be equipped with a self-centring weighing pan (extra charge), which significantly minimises the influence of eccentricity during measurements. The self-centring weighing pan eliminates the error of placing the weight "out of pan centre".
