ASYS Hitech Flexispense M - High-Speed Low-Volume Dispenser

The Flexispense M, developed by ASYS Hitech GmbH, is an ideal solution for high-throughput screening (HTS) applications, providing precision dispensing for 384 and 1536 well plates. Operable as a standalone unit or within fully automated systems, this dispenser is engineered for efficiency and reliability.

Equipped with a computer-controlled plate centering mechanism, this model simplifies robotic loading, enhancing productivity in HTS laboratories. The inert liquid path ensures compatibility with a wide variety of aggressive solvents, acids, and bases, while the adjustable pump speed accommodates liquids of varying viscosities. Featuring a 16-channel manifold with disposable tips, the Flexispense M fills a 1536 well plate at 5µl per well in just 23 seconds.

Key features include a height-adjustable manifold, low dead volume, and a pump-back capability to conserve reagents. The dispensing volume ranges from 2µl to 2.5ml, selectable in 0.5µl steps. Unlike other systems, it incurs no running costs thanks to its long-life ceramic piston pump.
