Tensiometers

Measuring the surface tension of liquids such as paints, coatings and adhesives is common practice in research laboratories and is important for many industrial applications and processes. There are different types of instruments to do this, such as the goniometer/tensiometer, Du Noüy ring tensiometer, Wilhelmy plate tensiometer, Du Noüy-Padday tensiometer and the Bubble pressure tensiometer.
