Spinning drop video tensiometer

This Kruss Digital Tensiometer  Model: K 10 ST was removed from a university lab where it was s (more)urplus to requirements. The item is in reasonable cosmetic condition. The paint is worn/chipped in some places. There are stains and other marks on the edges. The item powered on fine. It responded to inputs from the dials but it couldn't be tested further.
