The Oxford Diffraction Xcalibur PX Ultra Crystal Diffraction X-ray Generator System, though in excellent cosmetic condition, is being offered for spares or repair, lacking a PC and control software. Previously used in a university lab, the system has not been operational for some time and requires component replacement or servicing. The package includes:
- Xcalibur PX Ultra: Year 2005, functional display and keypad.
- X-ray Protection Cabinet: Year 2005.
- Thermo Scientific Neslab ThermoFlex 10,000 Chiller: Error code "PHEr" upon startup.
- KMW200CCD Chiller Unit: Power is operational, but further testing was not completed.
- KMC3000C X-ray Tube Chiller: Functional pump and thermostat.
- Cryodrive 2.0 with 6944 hours: Needs gas for full functionality.
- Cryosystems Cobra Controller 700 Series: Functional but limited without further input.
- Parker NitroFlowLab Nitrogen Generator: Operational, but stalled at SD card writing.
- Cobra Nitrogen Control Pump.
- Agilent HS 602 Vacuum Pump with NW25 Oil Exhaust Filter: Operational vacuum, but PAT test failed due to insulation.
The Xcalibur units and Neslab chiller underwent visual testing only. Manuals and various accessories, such as data cables and safety keys, are included to complement this system. Ideal for parts acquisition or repair endeavors.
