The unit powers up, but we were unable to test it further at our facility. The lab confirmed it was working before it was replaced but the camera had stopped working making alignment difficult. We have set the system up and everything powers up. The MassARRAY NanoDispenser has been run in standalone mode as it has its own PC built-in. We have the passwords for the software. We have had the unit home its dispenser, it appears to respond to all commands. After re-seating the Acqiris PCi card in the PC, we were able to start the Acqiris Live 2.4 program.
