Manufacturer: Varian Model: DS 102 Two-stage Rotary Vane Pump + Oil Mist Eliminator KF 25 949-9395 s (more)erie S/N: 219579 Description: Thanks to a very simple and highly reliable design, this field proven DS Series rotary vane pump provides excellent vacuum performance. The quality and manufacturing standards ensure that the DS rotary vane pumps provide high pumping stability for light gases, low noise, minimal oil backstreaming, and a long operating life. The pump’s two-stage design allows for low operating temperature, minimal backstreaming at low pressure and good pumping efficiency and gas ballast. It delivers a pumping speed of max. 114 liters per minute, low noise and a long operating life. It conforms to European Union directives (CE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) requirements, and it is also UL and Canadian Standards Authority (CSA) approved. Oil Mist Eliminator KF 25 949-9395 serie is assembled at the outlet of the rotary pump and the main purpose is to purify the exhaust gases from oil mists. The use is advised for pumps which have to work for a long time at intake pressures exceeding 10 mbar, or with the ballasting tap open. Applications: - Analytical Instruments:Dual Stage Rotary Vane Pumps are practically the only primary vacuum pumps used on GC-MS and MALDI-TOF Instruments:GC-MS typically uses this small pump - the pump is needed to rough the system and back the high vacuum Turbo or Diffusion pump. MALDI-TOF depending on system size, uses the DS102 as roughing or interface pump.- Leak Detection:DS102 is typically used to back the Helium Mass Spectrometer Turbo or Diffusion pump.- Industrial Vacuum Processes:Vacuum coatings, Metallurgy Vacuum Furnaces, Lamps and TV Tube manufacture, Sterilizers, Freeze Dryers, Glove Boxes, High Speed Centrifuges, and Flywheels (for energy storage) represent the main Industrial applications for Dual Stage Rotary Vane pump. - High Energy Physics and Research Laboratories:In these applications the Rotary Vane pumps are mainly used in combination with Turbo pumps. The combination is typically used to rough and pump High Vacuum experimental chambers or to start Ion Pumps in ultra high vacuum systems.Features: - Dual Stage Pump:The two stage design allows low 10-3 mbar operation, low operating temperature, minimal backstreaming at low pressure, good pumping efficiency and gas ballast in the high 10-3 mbar region.- Forced Oil Circulation:The dedicated oil circulation gear pump ensures efficient and reliable lubrication of the pump from atmospheric pressure throughout the entire vacuum operating range.- Built-in Oil Shield:This feature minimizes the oil mist at the pump exhaust. Apart from drastically reducing the oil consumption over long periods of operation, this results in a reduction of air pollution limiting the impact on the environment. Radwag HX5.EX-1.6.HR3 One Load Cell Platform Scale-cover
Radwag HX5.EX-1.6.HR3 One Load Cell Platform Scale

The HX5.EX scale is a modern weighing instrument assuring fast and reliable measurement in hazardous (more) areas classified as zones 1/21 and 2/22. To ensure precision and excellent measurement repeatability, high quality electronic components are used. The weighing platforms offered in wide range of dimensions and maximum capacities, this combined with excellent metrological parameters enables easy selection of an instrument that meets the most demanding requirements. Standard version of the scale is equipped with 2 serial, intrinsically safe RS232 communication interfaces, and with one RS485 interface. They facilitate cooperation with equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Possibility to add digital inputs/outputs extends the range of instruments compatible with the indicator by automatic elements compliant with ATEX directive. More demanding customers can use the IM01.EX module, installed in the safe area, which extends the available connectors by Ethernet, USB, 4-20mA/0- 10V analog outputs, Profibus DP and additional digital inputs/outputs. This enables cooperation with external devices: barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. Scale operation requires use of a dedicated PM01.EX power supply, which is not a standard scale component. To operate the scale, order a selected type of the dedicated intrinsically safe power supply. Power supply types: PM01.EX-1 - power supply for operation in ATEX area. Used when it is required to connect the power supply to voltage source placed in hazardous area. PM01.EX-2 - power supply for operation outside ATEX area. Used when power supply connection to voltage source is carried out outside hazardous area. Complex software enables carrying out many tasks connected with mass measurement, e.g. parts counting, checkweighing and statistics. The scales feature user-friendly graphic interface, which can be customized using widgets. This and the large colour display of high resolution guarantee easy and clear transmission of data on current process. Colour bar graph significantly influences performance by signalling whether the weighing result is within declared thresholds or not.

Benchmark T5005-3205 TC 32 Mini Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block-cover
Benchmark T5005-3205 TC 32 Mini Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block

Benchmark TC 32 Mini Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block “Mini sized” doesn’t have to mean a sacrif (more)ice on features and performance. Benchmark’s TC-32 Mini Thermal Cycler retains the advanced programming features, easy to use software and fast, reliable cycling of the larger TC-9639 Thermal Cycler, but with a smaller block and lower price point. Designed for lower throughput needs, the TC-32 Mini Thermal Cycler has a capacity for 32 x 0.2ml tubes. The wells are arranged in a 4 x 8 format, allowing the block to accept strips of 8 as well as individual tubes. The block heats and cools very quickly – at rates as fast as 5C/second. A proprietary algorithm controls block temperature, bringing samples quickly to the target temperature without any over- or under-shoot. Excellent block uniformity ensures consistency sample to sample. Operation of the thermal cycler is controlled from the large, full color, touch screen. Icon driven menus allow users to get running quickly. Programming is extremely simple and includes options for time and temperature increment/decrements, adjustable ramp rates, and an auto pause and restart functions. More than 100 typical programs can be stored in memory and easily recalled. After a run, samples can be held at 4C. An on-screen report is also available at the completion of a run. The heated lid is self adjusting – the spring loaded platen in the lid comes firmly into contact with the tops of the tubes to prevent sample evaporation and condensation. There are no knobs to turn or levers to adjust. The temperature of the heated lid can be changed or the heating function of the lid may be turned off. With a footprint less than that of the average laboratory notebook, the TC-32 Mini Thermal Cycler will fit almost anywhere. Its reduced capacity block and economical price make the TC-32 Mini Thermal Cycler the perfect choice for lower throughput laboratories and educational facilities. INCLUDED: The Benchmark TC 32 Mini Thermal Cycler w/ Multi-Format Block includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Guide - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
