It was reported by the previous client to be working when it was last in use. All units power up and appear to connect to the PC and Software. The system consists of: 1 x Varian 450 GC-MS Gas Chromatographwith CP-8410 Autosampler. 1 x Varian 300-MS SQ Mass Spectrometerwith Varian pump. 1 x Dell Optiplex 960with keyboard, monitor & mouse.PC is running Windows XP SP3.And Varian MS Workstation System Control Version 6.9.2.

The spectrometer is in excellent cosmetic condition, though the right-hand side panel is missing. It powers on, but the PC repeatedly displays a "VxLd 1.2" message during boot-up and does not progress further. The previous owner reported a failed HV board. The screen on the unit doesn't come on but we are advised that the little screens on the front of ANCA NT’s have never worked. They don’t affect the ability to use the instrument.
