The lab reported that it was for spares or repairs but the fault is unknown. When we collected it, all the panels were removed, but we have fixed them back on. We have set the system up and everything powers up. The MassARRAY NanoDispenser has been run in standalone mode as it has its own PC built-in. We have the passwords for the software. We have had the unit home its dispenser, it appears to respond to all commands. After re-seating the Acqiris PCi card in the PC, we were able to start the Acqiris Live 2.4 program.
