Sysmex Partec CyScope HP Fluorescence Microscope

The CyScope HP Fluorescence Microscope by Sysmex Partec is an innovatively designed microscope integrating LED fluorescence and light microscopy within a compact form. It features sophisticated optics that support incident and transmitted light detection, utilizing various wavelengths such as UV, royal blue, blue, green, and red either in unison or independently. Equipped with high-power blue (470nm) and green (528nm) LEDs, this device promises an extended life of several thousand hours, efficiently cooled by a miniature fan.

This model is designed with Partec 10x/23 mm eyepieces, offering a binocular head with 45° angled tubes adjustable within a 55 to 75 mm interpupillary distance. The four-way nosepiece accommodates objective lenses of 20x/0.40, 40x/0.65, and 100x/1.25 Oil. It includes a coaxial focus mechanism with 25 mm coarse and fine adjustment for precision.

The CyScope HP is also equipped with transmitted LED illumination set for Köhler illumination, a High Power Green LED at 528 nm, and a High Power Blue LED at 470 nm for excitation and emission. Additionally, a color depth 36-bit CMOS camera with a 1/2.5” CMOS chip, generating 2592 x 1944 pixels, is included with software for enhanced imaging and data processing.
