- Plan 20X/0.40 (∞/0.17) with a working distance of 1.3 mm
- Plan 40X/0.65 (∞/0.17) with a working distance of 0.57 mm
- Plan 100X/1.25 (∞/0.17) Oil with an achromatic correction of 0.90
A high-quality condenser enhances image sharpness and contrast. The microscope is powered by a 100 W Mercury Nikon Lamphouse, complete with a Nikon 100 W Mercury Power Supply C-SHG1, ensuring consistent and bright illumination necessary for fluorescence applications.
