FEI XL30 ESEM Scanning Electron Microscope System (Spare Parts/Repair)

This FEI XL30 ESEM Scanning Electron Microscope System, removed from a university laboratory, is offered as is for spares or repair. It is in reasonable condition but with a known issue in the vacuum system: while the rotary backing pumps are operational, the turbo pump starts but trips before reaching high vacuum. Due to its age, lens and electronic degradation are also likely concerns. The package includes cables and wires, an XL30 Hot Stage Bias Supply Assembly, a Power Supply Box, a High Temperature BIAS Controller (which powers on, lights illuminate but displays are unresponsive likely due to connection issues), and a High Temperature Stage Controller (which powers on and operates with functional lights and displays). Additionally, it comes with 3x 1000ºC Heating Stage TMP, Philips Manual User Interface, a flow controller, various XL30 manuals, FEG Module Replacement Software version 1, and 2x Edwards RV8 Pumps.
