Delphi-X Observer DX.1153-PLPhi Microscope

The Delphi-X Observer DX.1153-PLPhi is a sophisticated trinocular microscope equipped with SWF 10x/25 mm eyepieces and infinity-corrected (IOS) lenses, designed for phase contrast microscopy. It features phase contrast PLPHi objectives at 10/20/S40/S100x oil immersion, and a 60 mm parfocal distance. The microscope boasts a robust 190 x 152 mm stage with a mechanical component built-in measuring 78 x 32 mm, complemented by powerful 3 W NeoLED™ illumination.

SPECIFICATIONS

EYEPIECES:
Super wide field SWF10x/25 mm eyepieces with a 30 mm diameter.

HEAD:
Trinocular Siedentopf head inclined at 30°, with an adjustable inter-pupillary distance of 47 to 78 mm. Includes a trinocular head standard with a three-position optical path selector (100:0 / 80:20 / 0:100) and ± 5 diopter corrections on both eyepieces.

OBJECTIVE REVOLVER HOLDER:
Features a sextuple revolving objective holder mounted on high-precision ball bearings, compatible with 25 mm diameter objectives.

PHASE CONTRAST OBJECTIVES:
Equipped with EIS infinity-corrected plane achromatic phase contrast objectives: 10x/0.25, 20x/0.40, s40x/0.65, and s100x/1.25 (for oil immersion).

FOCUSING:
Coaxial macro and micrometric focusing, with 100 graduations at an accuracy of 1 μm, and a total displacement range of about 35 mm. Includes an adjustable upper stop to prevent sample and objective damage, with tension adjustment and user-preference adaptable magnetic micrometric focus knobs.

STAGE:
190 x 152 mm plate with integrated 78 x 32 mm mechanical stage. Features scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass coating. Left-handed mechanical stage available upon request (Reference: Add -L to the product number).

PHASE CONTRAST CONDENSER:
Zernike A.N. 1.25 with a five-position turret for brightfield and phase contrasts at 10x, 20x, 40x, and 100x. Height adjustable with an iris diaphragm.

Köhler-type intensity adjustable NeoLED™ 3W with internal power supply, 100-240 V.

NeoLED™ FEATURES
NeoLED™ combines LED technology with a custom thin lens designed for a short focal length, offering:

ICARe SENSOR:
