The ADE Phase Shift MicroXAM-100 is a Surface Profile Mapping Microscope, originally used in a university lab. The unit is being sold as a non-functional item, best suited for parts or repair, due to an inoperable stage controller and inability to manually move the stage. With excellent cosmetic condition overall, it does not power on. Components included are two Nikon CFWN 10x/20 eyepieces, a 50AT NA 0.55 885 objective (untested), a Phase Shift Technology Rotary Stage 4360, a Javelin Video Monitor Model BWM9BX, a Nikon transformer with a 50W AD lamp, and an AD Phase Shift Controller. Most components are in good cosmetic condition, though operational status varies per item.
