Tecan GENios Pro Multifunction Microplate Reader System

The Tecan GENios Pro is a cutting-edge, fully automated microplate reader designed for versatile research applications, empowering fluorescence, luminescence, and absorbance measurements with precision. The system allows integration of up to four excitation and emission filters within its slides, covering microplates with 6 to 384 wells and offering a fluorescence spectral range of 360-700nm, as well as an absorbance spectral range of 230-900nm. It provides fluorescence sensitivity at ≤1.5 picograms of fluorescein per well with a PMT detector for high signal fidelity.

This instrument enables adjustments in measurement direction via PC software, supporting thermal incubation between +5°C and +40°C. Dual optical channels streamline top or bottom plate readings, facilitated through simple software control. Quality optical elements are front-accessible for ease of use, with orbital shaking and temperature control embedded as standard features. The system accommodates multiple measurement needs with adjustable linear or orbital shaking in three velocities, and offers reliable wavelength precision and accuracy across ranges, ensuring highly sensitive and precise readings.

Its fluorescence intensity readings range from excitation at 230-850 nm and emission at 280-850 nm, with adjustable bandwidths.
