The unit has been professionally serviced and is in working order outside. The PC does continually come up with a server busy message, and we have been unable to resolve that, but there is a workaround. The instrument is functioning fine and can run samples smoothly. Failed PMT Dark Count (Photon Counting) - Failed due to high thermal electron current in the PMT due to high voltage in this mode. This will not affect the functionality of the instrument. Passed PMT Dark (Charge Integration) and LED Control. Server Busy message - This action cannot be complete because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch to’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem. It is in very good cosmetic condition with only minor marks from use.
