The unit has been professionally serviced and is in working order outside. The PC does continually come up with a server busy message, and we have been unable to resolve that, but there is a workaround. The instrument is functioning fine and can run samples smoothly. Failed PMT Dark Count (Photon Counting)&nbsp;- Failed due to high thermal electron current in the PMT due to high voltage in this mode. This will not affect the functionality of the instrument.
