The Molecular Devices Gemini XPS Microplate Reader offers versatile wavelength capabilities with an excitation range from 250 to 850 nm and an emission range from 360 to 850 nm, ensuring flexibility for various assays. The instrument features a precise 9 nm wavelength bandwidth and boasts a 6-decade dynamic range, allowing for highly sensitive measurements with a top-read sensitivity of 3 fmol/well FITC.

Equipped with a photomultiplier tube detector, the Gemini XPS supports a variety of read types including endpoint, kinetic, spectrum scan, and well scan. The monochromator is tunable in 1-nm increments for precise wavelength selection, powered by a xenon flash lamp for consistent illumination. With a swift read time of 15 seconds and compact dimensions of 340 x 420 x 420 mm, this microplate reader is optimized for efficiency in the laboratory. Excluding software components, the Gemini XPS is a reliable choice for fluorescence detection and analysis.
