This system utilizes a multi-stage purification process integrating:
- High-purity ion exchange resins to remove dissolved minerals and impurities
- Ultraviolet (UV) light sterilization for bacterial inactivation and Total Organic Carbon (TOC) reduction
- Ultrafiltration membrane technology that removes pyrogens and ensures nuclease-free water critical for gene editing and synthetic biology workflows
- A final filtration stage eliminates particulates ≥0.05 µm and residual bacteria, consistently meeting Type I water standards with endotoxin levels below 0.005 EU/mL (reduced to <0.001 EU/mL with Endotoxin Final Filter).
The system features a compact design with a remote dispense option and an intuitive touch-screen interface for real-time quality monitoring and leak detection. Cartridge replacement is tool-free, supporting quick changeovers with Resintech genuine media consumables designed for high capacity and cost efficiency.
