Description from the supplier

Product Specifications:

This laboratory equipment offers an optimal flow rate of 0.5-3.0 l/min with a suction potential of up to 3 mWg. It can operate efficiently at a maximum pressure of 1 bar (relative), whilst accommodating a fluid temperature of 5-80°C. The equipment has been designed to handle a maximum permissible viscosity of up to 150 cSt. Its valve is made of a quality FFKM material, while its membrane boasts a PTFE coating. The pump head material is a mixture of PTFE, PP, PVDF adding to the durability and robustness of the apparatus.

Product Applications:

This apparatus is ideally designed and engineered for effective liquids transfer.

Key Features:

The laboratory equipment features a compact size for a minimal physical footprint. It is user-friendly, with easily understandable operations and a manual control system. The equipment is self-priming and can function without fluid. Safety features are encapsulated in its splash-proof design with an IP65 protection rating. It comes in multiple material configurations, ensuring chemical resistance. The apparatus is maintenance-free and produced using high-quality pump head materials- PP, PVDF, PTFE. The membrane is PTFE-coated while the valve is manufactured with FFKM Simriz®.

Product Versions:

This equipment can be delivered in two versions:
'Standard (S)' offers manual setting of the flow rate via a control knob.
'Remote Control (RC)' provides the luxury of distance control, possibly from a computer, including a fault alarm feature. A connection cable is provided with the latter.

VACUUBRAND ME 1C Chemistry Diaphragm Pump Ultimate Vacuum 100 mbar / 75 torr Maximum Pumping Speed 0 (more).5 CFM at 60Hz Number of Heads/Stages 1/1 Features - Convenient, quick and simple to use due to the new top-mounted power switch. - Whisper quiet and very low vibration. - Requires minimal benchtop space. - Maintenance-free drive system and proven long diaphragm life. - High chemical resistance. Vacuum filtration is one of the most common applications used for sample preparation in chemistry, microbiology, waste water control and other analytical processes. The ME 1C diaphragm pump offers a compact, high performance and easy-to-use solution which is perfect for single filtrations. This development, based on the highly successful technology of the oil-free diaphragm pump MD 1C, provides a well-proven and extraordinarily long diaphragm life time. The functional, space saving and innovative design with easily accessible, top-mounted power switch ensures convenient and quick operation for day-to-day lab work. Robust PTFE diaphragms and valves provide optimal chemical resistance. A manual vacuum regulator valve with dial gauge for adjustment of pumping speed and ultimate vacuum is available as accessory. One-stage diaphragm pumps are an excellent solution for continuous, oil-free pumping of gases and vapors with a modest vacuum requirement. In contrast to water-jet pumps they do not consume water and therefore do not produce any contaminated waste water in daily use. Typical applications for the ME 1C are filtrations and solid phase extractions with solvents. At a process vacuum of 100 mbar, 90% of the atmospheric pressure is available as the driving force for the application. If a certain pressure difference must not be exceeded, the pump can be equipped with an optional manual vacuum regulator valve with dial gauge. It enables continuous adjustment of pumping speed and ultimate vacuum. INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND ME 1C Chemistry Diaphragm Pump includes: - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Radwag MA 210.X2.A.WH Moisture Analyzer

MA X2.A moisture analyzers are hi-tech measuring instruments intended for quick determination of rel (more)ative moisture content, dry mass content and other parameters in samples of different substances. MA.X2.A series is equipped with innovative system: the drying chamber can be opened and closed automatically using button or proximity sensors. Such solution allows: Maintaining moisture analyzer clean – operator does not touch moisture analyzer’s housing. Removing any shocks caused by manual closing of the chamber – the chamber closes automatically and always with the same intensity. Achieving high repeatability of opening and closing the drying chamber. Enhancing drying process automation. Enhancing safety of operation by eliminating contact with hot components of drying chamber. Improving operation ergonomics. MA.X2.A series features user-friendly colour touchscreen. Free configuration of the control panel can be done by means of hotkeys, customizable information fields and programmable labels. Drying process can be carried out for any temperature and – thanks to databases – particular drying process may be set for a specific product. Highlights of X2 Series moisture analyzers: Automatic opening and closing of the drying chamber 5” capacitive colour touchpad Modern interface Uncomplicated, intuitive operation Programmable display Drying profiles (standard, mild, step, fast) GLP/GMP printouts-reports Repeatable and customized applications Work optimization due to the use of halogen lamps Capacity and temperature MA.X2.A maximum capacity ranges from 50g/0.1mg to 210g/0.1mg. Moisture content is measured with the 0.01% accuracy (0.001 % for samples bigger than 1.5g). The maximum drying temperature is 160˚C (there is an optional moisture analyzer with 250˚C maximum temperature). An additional element for moisture analyzers that improves their functionality is a water vapour permeability determination set used in tanning industry for determining hygienic properties of leather. Databases: Information system of X2 series moisture analyzers is based on 8 databases, allowing many users to operate product database comprising many samples. Collected measurements may be subjected to subsequent analysis. Collected data is registered in 8 databases: Products (up to 5000 products) Users (up to 100 users) Packaging (up to 100 packagings) Customers (up to 1000 customers) Drying programs (up to 200 drying programs) Drying process reports (up to 5000 drying process reports) Ambient conditions (up to 10000 records) Weighings (up to 50000 records) The results The results obtained using the moisture analyzer (the final result of the drying process): % M – the mass loss in %; displays the mass change recorded during the drying process, expressed as a percentage, % D – the dry mass obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that remains on the weighing pan after the moisture has evaporated, % R – the ratio of moisture content to dry mass, obtained during the drying process, expressed as a percentage; the result is the portion of the sample that evaporated during the drying process, g – the sample mass after drying. Interfaces USB interface ensures quick transfer and copying of any results of your work (measurements, reports, databases) to a computer or other moisture analyzer. Remote access to the moisture analyzer allows for online data management. Cooperation with E2R allows for external data management which in turn increases the efficiency and results to the maximum.
