The unit powers up and performs a self-check test on start-up, we are unable to test it further at our facility. It is in good cosmetic condition with marks from use.

This Perkin Elmer Fusion A Microplate Reader  Model: A153603 was removed from a university lab  (more)where it was surplus to requirements. The system has been professionally serviced and is in full working order. The PC does continually come up with a server busy message, and we have been unable to resolve that, but there is a workaround. The system is fitted with a 400mw laser. The instrument is functioning fine and can run samples smoothly. Failed PMT Dark Count (Photon Counting) - Failed due to high thermal electron current in the PMT due to high voltage in this mode. This will not affect the functionality of the instrument. Passed PMT Dark (Charge Integration) and LED Control. Server Busy message - This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch to’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem. It is in very good cosmetic condition with only minor marks from use.
