Radwag WLY 0.6/1.2.D2.PGC Scale-cover
Radwag WLY 0.6/1.2.D2.PGC Scale

Scale WLY for statistic control Scale WLY is intended to fast and precise determination of mass in l (more)aboratory and industrial conditions. The model line is the response for growing market demands concerning simple operation and maximum automation of the weighing process. The scales enables cooperation with barcode scanner, printer, label printer, RFID readers and standard PC devices (mouse, keyboard, USB storage device). Design and functionality All WLY scales is equipped with stainless weighing pan, TFT 5,7'' colourful touch screen and membrane keyboard. As an option the scale enables connection of an additional weighing platform to the terminal. The following functions are available: programmable proximity sensors, programmable printout templates, programmable text information for scale's operation, printouts. Scale WLY/PGC is equipped with modules that put packaged products control into practice. The module is supported by database containing products and operators lists. A control started by the scale is automatically stopped after controlling pre-defined quantity of packages (samples). Number of the packages is fixed by scales program depending on product batch size. Scales are equipped with 5,7" colourful, graphic touch screen display for previewing information concerning currently performed control and its result. Scale requires two staged verification process. Due to the influence of gravitational acceleration force the scale has to be adjusted on use site. Control cycle runs according to the following scheme: operator choice, product choice, control start, acquiring weighing records, automatic control end after certain packages number, control report print. Each carried out control is ended with a final report containing all information that is necessary for pre-packaged products control report. The report is automatically saved in scale memory and at the same time it can be printed by printer connected to scale. Scale coupling with computer program enables: keeping weighing records from successive weighments in the database, automatic printout of control processes from computer software level, sending user defined codes from scale to computer software; the codes match weighed product (product code, operator code, batch quantity, batch no., control Start/Stop), defining product codes and their descriptions (names) from the level of computer program, therefore user can assign an individual product name suitable for the company's branch. The purpose of the scale is the packaged goods control (PGC), so remember that verification (legalization) is necessary. We recommend ordering a scale with a proper verification (legalization).

Radwag MYA 21.5Y.P Microbalance-cover
Radwag MYA 21.5Y.P Microbalance

Microbalance for pipettes calibration Microbalances for pipettes calibration are highly accurate lab (more)oratory balances used to check that a pipette is drawing the correct amount of liquid. These devices are indispensable in research laboratories and meet strict requirements for calibrating measuring devices. Key Features: – Extremely high measurement readability – Ability to dispense very small volumes of liquid – Repeatable and stable results – Advanced, yet easy-to-use user interfaces – Automatic calibration to ensure that the device is ready for operation – Integration with computer systems for recording and analyzing measurement results. Application Metrology Laboratories Microbalances for pipettes calibration are applied in metrology laboratories to ensure the accuracy of measurements in various scientific and industrial fields. Used for dispensing very small volumes of liquids, they detect even the slightest differences in mass. Pharmaceutical Industry Accurate pipette calibration is essential in the production of pharmaceuticals, because in the pharmaceutical industry, even the smallest deviations can affect the quality and safety of the final product, and ultimately human life. Biotechnology and Research In biotechnology and research laboratories, precise dispensing of reagents and samples is crucial for reproducible and reliable results. In addition, regular pipette calibration ensures compliance with international standards such as ISO 8655. Quality Control Microbalances for pipettes calibration are used in quality control processes where the accuracy and precision of dispensing have a direct impact on product quality. Do you need a balance that not only determines weight with impressive accuracy, but also performs a digital audit, responds to your voice commands and sends you light messages? If so, learn about the functionality of the ELLIPSIS series of balances: Digital Weighing Auditor Ensures that your balance is ready for use. It enables air buoyancy compensation in real-time. What is more, it informs about the need for a balance inspection or a periodic audit of the balance’s accuracy and sensitivity. 10-Inch Display Bigger screen – 10’’ – means more information in one place. On the new ELLIPSIS terminal, you will see up to 3 screens, widgets, graphs, statuses, notes, handy measurement history. Uncompromising User Verification For the first time ever, the balance will verify the user using a password, RFID card, fingerprint reader, facial recognition mechanism, or any combination of these. Ambient Light – An Innovative Way for the Balance to Communicate With the User The light colour will tell you about status, process results, procedures, or alerts. Hotspot Use the balance on any device connected to it. This can be a smartphone, tablet, or computer. RFID ELLIPSIS works with RFID tags* that can be used to tag your products or formulation ingredients in the database. They can also be used to identify a user. Live Note – Note Down Your Conclusions It’s the first time you can add a voice memo to a measurement series or procedure report. If you prefer to write it down, ELLIPSIS allows you to add a text note. Handy Library This is where a series of recent measurements or a report ready for digital signature, according to 21 CFR Part 11, can be found. Widgets Prepared to display what you need most at any given moment. Automatic Leveling of the Balance ReflexLEVEL System Instead of manually leveling your scale - level it automatically. The ReflexLEVEL System saves you time and gives you maximum precision in your measurements. Smart Min Weight The balance displays whether the value of the weight you want to weigh is below or above the minimum weight threshold. 21 CFR Part 11 Do you work in the pharmaceutical industry? Do you need a digital signature? We are offering the laboratory balance which as a standalone fully meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11/ EU GMP Annex 11. - Full data security - Electronic signatures - Validations - Electronic records - Audit trails Modbus TCP/IP is one of the most popular communication protocols in industrial automation. Implementing it in the 5Y balances and CY10 scales makes the devices of this series friendly to automation integrators. A balance or scale in a Modbus system is a slave device and performs tasks specified by the master device which is most often a PLC. Protocol Modbus TCP/IP in the 5Y balances and C10 scales enables, among other things, the realization of mass readout, zeroing and tare functions of the device, as well as tare settings and MIN and MAX thresholds. Two-point adjustment Adjacency, which takes place at two measurement points instead of one, improves measurement precision over the full weighing range. And what does this mean for you? More accurate measurement. * RFID ISO/IEC 14443 Type A, 13.56 MHz
