Excellent thermoregulation with Pt100 and VTF The AM4 Digital PRO package includes the Pt100 external probe, for thermoregulation up to 250°C, with an accuracy of ± 1.0°C. AM4 Digital PRO can be connected to VTF ensuring perfect thermoregulation up to 300°C, with an exceptional accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The exclusive CerAlTop ™, made of ceramic coated aluminum alloy, guarantees exceptional temperature homogeneity and excellent resistance and heat transmission. Maximum protection and comfort The AM4 Digital PRO hotplate stirrer guarantees a higher level of safety and protection for the user. The control panel is easily accessible, is positioned at a safe distance from heat sources and is protected from any damage caused by liquid leaks thanks to a special drain groove. AM4 Digital PRO can be programmed with a maximum safety temperature, useful for some particular applications that require not to exceed certain temperatures, and avoid accidental overheating. In addition, a 'Hot Plate Warning' is activated and remains displayed even when the instrument is turned off, until the temperature of the plate has cooled below 50°C. The die-cast structure is designed so that accidental spills of liquid cannot reach the internal parts of the hot plate agitator.

This Stem Corporation Block Heater & Chiller  Model - RS2550 was removed from a university  (more)lab where it was surplus to requirements. The heater powers up and has been tested with a digital thermometer (not included).When set to 37˚C the display showed 37˚C and the thermometer measured 36.2˚C.When set to 55˚C (max) the display showed 57˚C and the thermometer measured 53˚C. We were unable to test the shiller as we don't have the connecting cable. The magnetic stirrer seems to be working well. 25 x 27mm diameter tube holes
