Beckman L8-60MR Ultracentrifuge This was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requi (more)rements. The unit powers up and was tested with a Beckman 70.1 Ti rotor from another item (Not included), but would not reach over 3000rpm (Rotor max is 10000). We suspect there is a vacuum issue as the vacuum light flashed red during testing. The system also will not cool down. It is in otherwise good cosmetic condition. It is sold for spares/repairs. This Bright Microtome Model M3500 was removed from a university lab where it was surplus to requirem (more)ents. The unit powers on and is in good cosmetic condition. it requires 2 x AA batteries to operate (not included). There are some tape marks on the unit from general use the battery compartment had signs of corrosion but we have cleaned this up, but some signs remain. It doesn't affect the operation of the unit. All dials and buttons appear to be responsive to the unit and move freely.
