You can rely on the AREC for demanding laboratory reactions, stirring volumes up to 15 liters (H2O), from 50 up to 1500 rpm, thanks to the powerful motor and magnetic coupling. The electronic control adapts the stirring speed to any variation in the viscosity of the medium. SAFETY AND EASE OF USE FOR LAB OPERATORS The AREC stirrer with heating plate guarantees a superior level of safety and protection for laboratory operators, as it is entirely made of technopolymer and is equipped with an extremely resistant ceramic plate, ideal for high resistance to acids, bases and solvents . When the plate temperature is above 50°C and the heating function is not active, a safety message is displayed. The control panel is positioned at a safe distance from heat sources and the technopolymer structure is carefully designed so that accidental spills of liquids cannot reach the electronics. The extremely durable ceramic plate is easy to clean and resistant to acids, bases and solvents. Using a damp cloth, all residues will be easily removed. SAVE TIME AND SPACE WITH THE NEW CONTROL PANEL Thanks to the extremely bright and easy-to-read digital display, the temperature can be monitored constantly. Two new comfortable knobs: the one on the left for the temperature (up to 550°C), the one on the right for the stirring speed (up to 1500 rpm). Maximum Temperature Homogeneity The particular CerAlTop ™ plate, in aluminum alloy coated with a cer (more)amic layer, ensures a formidable temperature homogeneity over the entire surface of the plate itself, up to 370°C and at the same time excellent resistance to chemical agents and ease of cleaning. Fontal panel The control panel is extremely intuitive. By turning the left knob it is possible to adjust the temperature (up to 370°C), while with the right one you can act on the agitation (up to 1500 rpm). Maximum Protection, IP 42 AREX magnetic stirrers guarantee a high level of safety and protection for the user, also thanks to the raised control panel and the special channel for conveying liquids (in case of spills). The control panel is easily accessible, away from heat sources that are dangerous for the operator and protected from any liquid leaks by means of a special conveyor channel. Scale HY10.H for statistic control Scales HY10.PGC series is equipped with module for control of pac (more)ked goods. The module is supported by database containing products and operators lists. A control started by the scale is automatically stopped after pre-defined quantity of packages (samples) has been controlled. Number of the packages is fixed by scale program depending on product batch size. Scales features 10,1" colourful, graphic touch screen display and full alphanumeric keyboard aiding scale operation and setting control parameters. Control cycle runs according to the following scheme: operator choice, product choice, control start, acquiring weighing records, automatic control end after certain packages number, control report print. Each carried out control is ended with a final report containing all information that is necessary for prepacked products control report. The report is automatically saved in scales memory and at the same time it can be printed by printer connected to the scales. The purpose of the scale is the packaged goods control (PGC), so remember that verification (legalization) is necessary. We recommend ordering a scale with a proper verification (legalization).
