The Electrothermal EMA1000 Heating Mantle is meticulously crafted with hand-sewn precision to ensure exceptional reliability, quality, and safety. Its design maximizes heat transfer to samples by employing excellent insulation and optimal flask coverage.
Engineered for flexibility and user-friendliness, this heating mantle serves as a dependable tool for various laboratory heating applications. It features a built-in energy regulator with indicator lamps, support rod clamps, a grounded earth screen, and double fuses for enhanced safety.
The EMA version extends the functionality of the standard EM series by incorporating a magnetic stirring mechanism. Equipped with solid state stirring circuitry in its base, it offers robust stirring capabilities across different capacities and viscosities. Additionally, the innovative "auto-recapture" function ensures the stir bar remains in place.
With a flask capacity of 1000 ml, it features a polypropylene outer case and a maximum element temperature of 450°C. The mantle measures 310 x 238 x 157 mm and weighs 2.75 kg.
