The A&D Viscometer SV-100 utilizes a vibrating tuning fork measurement method enabling precise viscosity measurement of non-Newtonian and volatile samples with minimal mechanical and thermal impact.

- Viscosity detection: extends to very low viscosities, down to one-third of water's viscosity
- Temperature measurement range: 0°C to 160°C
- Precision: Repeatability of ±1% of displayed value
- Sample size: Small volumes accommodated with cups of 35 ml, 13 ml, and 10 ml
- Measurement speed: First result within 15 seconds; continuous real-time refresh possible
- Sample compatibility: Suitable for foaming samples, flowing or agitated samples, and measurements directly in containers like beakers or product packages
- Calibration: User-adjustable calibration (1 or 2 points) with simplified automated calibration
- Software: Includes WinCT-Viscosity for data acquisition, curve display, and archiving (viscosity vs temperature or time)
- Interface: RS-232C cable included for PC connectivity
- Accessories: 4 polycarbonate 35 ml sample cups included
