Description by the supplier

KNF IP65 FEM 1.02 KT.18RCP Liquid Pump

KNF SIMDOS diaphragm pumps offer a variety of options to suit most laboratory liquid metering and dosing needs. The FEM 1.02 KT.18RCP version has a liquid transfer flow rate of 0.03 – 200 mL/min and discreet dosing volumes of 0.03 – 999 mL. It is constructed with the following chemically-resistant flow path materials: polypropylene head, PTFE covered diaphragm, and FFKM valves. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Besides onboard manual control, this pump offers analog control, start/stop and reset/prime TTL logic control, output signal fault alarm, and RS 232 PC control. A RC control interface cable and RS 232 cable with D-Sub 9 connector are included. A foot switch for start and stop impulses is available.

All SIMDOS pumps are simple and intuitive to operate, compact, and quiet, making them a welcome addition to any business or academic lab. They are effective against pressures of up to 85 psig and transfer viscous media up to 500 centistokes (reduced flow rate above 150 cSt). The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. With a durable and IP65 splash-proof design, these pumps are maintenance free, and provide trouble-free ±2% accuracy and ±1% repeatability performance. SIMDOS 02 pumps are self-priming up to 6.6 feet of water, and can run dry indefinitely without damage. Also, unlike peristaltic pumps, there are no troublesome tubing to break or fatigue.

VACUUBRAND VACUU-PURE 10C Screw Pump Ultimate Vacuum 0.005 mbar (0.0038 Torr) Maximum Pumping Speed (more) 5.3 CFM Inlet/Outlet Connection Small Flange KF DN 25 Features - 10-3 mbar vacuum range - 100% oil-free - Chemically resistant - No wear parts The dry screw pump VACUU-PURE® 10C reliably delivers the benefits of oil-free vacuum technology in the pressure range of 10-3 mbar. The new vacuum pump combines three important benefits for the user: 100% oil-free, chemically resistant, and no wear parts. VACUU-PURE 10C is ideally suited for clean processes and the production of pure products. The screw pump is especially designed for processes in the vacuum range down to 10-3 mbar, however unlike other fine vacuum technologies it can be used across the entire pressure range from atmospheric pressure to its ultimate vacuum. At the same time, aggressive gases and vapors can be pumped without any worries because of the high chemical resistance. The use of a cold trap is no longer necessary in most applications. VACUU-PURE easily handles high vapor loads through its extraordinary condensate compatibility. Thanks to this capability, a gas ballast is unnecessary, avoiding associated disadvantages like the reduction in pumping speed and an increase in noise levels. The integrated regeneration mode enables rapid drying of the pump at the end of the process. This allows sample throughput to be increased significantly as compared to other pump technologies. INCLUDED: The VACUUBRAND VACUU-PURE 10C Screw Pump includes: - 2 x Centering Rings - 2 x Clamping Rings - Power Cord - Operator's Manual - Manufacturer's Documentation - 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
