Introducing the Heidolph RZR 2102 Control Z Overhead Stirrer, a robust and reliable tool specifically designed to withstand demanding laboratory conditions. This pre-owned system features a stainless steel propeller and an anchor stirrer, providing exceptional stirring performance.
With two adjustable gear settings, this stirrer is powered by a 140 W motor, offering a torque of 400 Ncm in overload conditions and a sustained output of 200 Ncm during continuous operation, with speed ranges from 12 to 540 rpm. Additionally, the torque calibration feature allows for precise adjustments at the start of or during your process, enabling the monitoring of viscosity changes over time.
For added versatility, speed control can be managed via a rheostat or an interface, and the device includes an extra flanged planetary gear. This feature is ideal for handling extreme viscosities up to 350,000 mPa s. In scenarios demanding higher torque, the unit provides an impressive 800 Ncm in overload conditions and 700 Ncm for continuous use, with speed settings adjustable from 4 to 540 rpm.
Please note that this unit does not include a through shaft for feeders.
