The AES SMASHER by CHEMUNEX/BIOMERIEUX is a sophisticated peristaltic grinder designed to ensure sample homogeneity, essential for reliable microbial detection or identification tests. It is an integral part of the AES Blue Line range, known for delivering automated solutions for food microbiological analysis laboratories.

Key features include digital control with an intuitive keyboard and LCD screen, elapsed time display via bar graph, and an adjustable speed setting ranging from slow (500 strokes/minute) to fast (620 strokes/minute). It boasts a substantial grinding capacity, suitable for bags from 80 to 400 ml, equipped with removable stainless steel blades.

To enhance operational safety, the Smasher has motor and device protection mechanisms, including an electronic circuit breaker and a chamber access restriction during operations. The device operates at a power supply of 230 V ±10% / 50-60 Hz / 0.5 A, with an adjustable timer ranging from 10 seconds to three minutes or continuous operation.

The product dimensions measure 400 mm in width, 330 mm in height, and 380 mm in depth, weighing 21 kg. Note: the lower part seal is damaged, and the containment tray is in poor condition.
