The Eppendorf Thermomixer Comfort offers unparalleled simultaneous mixing and temperature control, making it ideal for a wide range of laboratory applications such as enzyme reactions, DNA/RNA/protein denaturation, bacterial and yeast culture, bead technology, plasmid isolation, and hybridization. Featuring two programmable sequences with phases for incubation, mixing, and resting—followed by cooldown to 13°C below ambient—it automatically recognizes thermoblocks and displays maximum revolutions.

Equipped with an 8x 15 mL block and an active Peltier element for precise heating and cooling, it covers a temperature range from 13°C below ambient to 99°C. Short mix, intermittent mix, and pause functions enhance operational flexibility. A timer supports durations from 1 minute to 99.59 hours, or can be set to continuous.

With a mixing speed range of 300 to 1500 rpm and an amplitude of 3 mm, the Thermomixer Comfort ensures reliable and consistent results. It offers incubation accuracy of ±0.5°C between 20°C and 45°C, and ±2°C for other ranges, with heating and cooling rates optimized for rapid transitions.
