Its temperature increments are adjustable by ± 1.0°C. The Thermomixer C features an impressive heating rate of 6°C per minute and a cooling rate of 2.5°C per minute from Ambient to 100°C, slowing to 0.5°C to 0.8°C per minute outside this range.
