Chemisafe CSB120UB Chemical Safety Cabinet

The Chemisafe CSB120UB is a modularly designed safety cabinet, ideal for the secure storage of chemicals. Crafted from electrogalvanized steel, the cabinet is formed using 15/10 mm thick sheets, expertly cold-bent for robust construction. Its external finish is coated with a 90 micron acid-resistant epoxy resin, ensuring resilience through a thermal tunnel at 200°C. The cabinet's sturdy monocoque structure features leveling feet and is equipped with simple, single-layer swing doors which open up to an angle of 110°, secured with a lock and key mechanism. An external zip in corrosion-resistant plastic offers additional durability. Inside, the cabinet includes compartments with fixed retention shelves, available in plasticized, painted, or stainless steel, all height adjustable. A 125 mm connection collar is integrated for convenient fume extraction. Standardized pictograms, adhering to ISO 3864 standards, offer clarity and safety.

Provided with the cabinet are two adjustable retention shelves made from plastic-coated steel, each supporting up to 40 kg of uniformly distributed weight. Additional options include extra shelves, a timer, plinth, retention tank, door open alarm, ventilation, and filters for enhanced functionality and customization.
