The COMBISTORAGE FIRE120 IABT by Chemisafe is a high-performance safety cabinet with a TYPE 90 fire certification, designed for the safe storage of various chemicals. Constructed with 1 - 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel and featured in Gray RAL7035, this robust cabinet is finished with an acid-resistant epoxy resin, treated through a thermal tunnel at 200°C for maximum durability.

It includes insulation with high-density rock wool and calcium sulfate panels, ensuring resistance to extreme temperatures, and the interior is lined with melamine panels that resist chemical vapors. Safety features include an automatic door-closing mechanism activated at room temperatures above 50°C and 30 mm heat-expanding gaskets that ensure a perfect seal in case of fire, complying with EN14470-1 standards.

The cabinet is equipped with air inlet and outlet flue dampers, designed to close automatically at temperatures over 70°C, in accordance with DIN 4102-6 regulations. Ventilation is facilitated through a Ø 100 mm flange, allowing for an external connection or filtration system. Security is prioritized with an anti-spark hinge, adjustable leveling feet, locking system, height-adjustable and fire-resistant shelves, certified to EN14470 and EN16121 standards.

Internal compartments cater to flammables, acids, bases, and toxic substances, providing separate storage to prevent chemical reactions. Options for customization include additional shelving, visual and acoustic alarms, a fire extinguisher, and molecular suction systems, making the COMBISTORAGE FIRE120 IABT a versatile solution for safe chemical storage in laboratories.
