The Yamato FO-100CR is a compact 1.5-liter capacity muffle furnace designed for precise high-temperature applications up to 1150°C with a temperature control accuracy of ±2°C. It features a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller allowing program operation of up to 6 patterns with various step configurations (30 steps for 1 pattern, 15 steps for 2 patterns, or 10 steps for 3 patterns). The unit includes:
- Durable construction with cold-rolled steel exterior and ceramic fiber insulation internally.
- Heaters made from iron-chrome wire rated at 1kW.
- Temperature sensing via long-life R-thermocouples.
- Safety systems such as self-diagnostics (memory error, heater disconnection, sensor error, SSR short circuit), earth leakage breaker, and automatic overheat prevention.
- Additional functions including calibration offset, power failure compensation, locking, and RS485 communication interface for remote monitoring/control.
- Features a tightly sealed door ensuring excellent heat tightness and stable temperature maintenance.
- Operational versatility with fixed temperature, quick auto stop, auto start, and program modes.
- Physical dimensions: Internal 100×150×100 mm, External 346×405×517 mm, weighing approximately 24 kg.
- Power supply variants: AC 115V 10A or AC 220V 5A at 50/60Hz.
- Optional accessories include exhaust system unit, nitrogen gas loading with flow meter, temperature output, alarm output terminals, and sample tray.
- Equipped with an axial cooling fan motor and exhaust port (ø20 mm, top).
This furnace is suitable for applications such as glass fusing, enamel coating, ceramics firing, soldering, brazing, heat treatment, metallurgy, environmental testing, and pharmaceutical research.
